Log-Out when Done
Avoid problems by logging into your student portal on only one device and browser at a time.
Multiple log-ins from the same account will confuse the system, likely causing you to be locked out of your account for possible abuse.
It’s a headache you don’t need, so help avoid it by logging out of your account when you’re taking a break from the course work.
To log-out, simply click on the “Log Out” button (in the upper-right hand corner of your Student Portal).
If things seem “off” when you log-in, consider clearing your browser’s cache so that the cookies aren’t confusing the system either. If you don’t want to do that, right-click on your browser’s start-up icon, and select “open a private/incognito window” and try logging in from there instead.
